  - Skilled in multiple manufacturing operations (cutting, drilling, planning, balancing, forming, grinding, welding etc…) and foundry operations (pattern design-methodology, melting, pouring, heat-treatment, NDT etc…).

• GE Oil&Gas Thermodyn - Lead Piping & Mechanical Engineer / Technologist

  2012 - 2012 Engineering/Manufacturing plant for gas compressors & steam turbines (+700 p)
  
  - Turbo machinery installation, technical responsibility of the installation/tubing (installation drawings, foundation loadings drawings, piping).
  - Worked on project Ichthys FPSO (INPEX Australia) : design and detailed engineering for three machines (centrifugal compressors driven by an electrical motor) for low (two stages of compression), medium and high pressure stages.
  - Technical documentations, follow-up of engineering sub-contractors in term of verification, quality & lead-time.
  - Pilot of the engineering quality for the department (NC, RCA, CoQ, LL).

• JCF FLUID FLOW INDIA (HQ UAE) - HEAD OF ENGINEERING OFFICE

  2009 - 2011 [New Position] Engineering/Production plant in India for hydraulic valves (+70 p), back office of foundries/manufacturing facilities in U.A.E. (+600 p)
  
  - Re-setup an Engineering office in India (Mechanical & Hydraulic Engineering).
  - P&L responsabilities of Engineering office (design hours forecast/allocation/follow-up).
  - Technical Support to our HQ and productions facilities (including 3 in-house foundries) in U.A.E. (previously TYCO Flow Control Middle-East, today PENTAIR). Design Engineering for valves & Design/Methods Engineering for patterns (foundries).
  - Management of 25 people, 6 teams, 5 BU, 3 locations (India, U.A.E., Italy). Development of team’s qualifications, autonomy and responsibility. Technical trainings program launch.
  - Integration of a PDM-ERP optimization project. Engineering projects lead-time reduction (from 2-3 months delay to 0 delay within 11 months).
  - Technical experiences in Oil & Gas (Asian & Middle-East customers, such as Petrofac, Mc Dermott, Saudi Aramco, Sepanir, Qatar Petroleum...).
