  • Thales Alenia Space - Trainee

TOULOUSE 2008 - 2009 Improvement of welding process on Orbital TIG welding for aluminium and titanium alloys pipes going on satellites. I had to solve a welding problem on an aluminium section presenting porosities in order to increase the productivity. Non destructive testing and destructive testing during and after production have been carried out and witnessed by myself. Making feedback concerning potential reasons for troubles. Welding tests in real conditions. Feedback on NDT. I managed to better the productivity.
