    -Subsea structures (around 60,000 tonnes – SSIV, FTA, Walking anchors, pipeline crossing supports, Suction Piles) - SMAW / SAW / FCAW processes
    -Subsea tie-in spools, well jumpers and risers – GTAW / Mechanized GTAW cold and hot wire / SMAW / SAW processes
    -Hydraulic lines and tubing (Autogenous Orbital GTAW)
    o Selection of new equipment for the welding of heavy wall carbon steel Alloy 625 cladded pipes (MAGNATECH and POLYSOUDE welding equipment)
    o Welding consumables follow-up
    o Establish welders training and qualification programs (around 1000 welders qualified on various processes)
    o Support to Construction department:
    -Follow-up repair rates

    2009 - 2009 Dans le cadre d'un projet industriel durant ma dernière année à l'INSA, j'ai réalisé des études numériques et expérimentales de variation de force d’une opération de forgeage type écrasement et filage arrière. Le but étant d'obtenir un modèle numérique pour dimensionner les outillages.

    NANTES 2009 - 2009 Ce stage d'une durée de 4 mois au sein d'un bureau d'études m'a permis de concevoir et de dimensionner la chaîne cinématique de levage d'un portique de 500 tonnes (Calculs suivant FEM et CST/CRT). J'ai travaillé en collaboration avec l'ingénieur responsable du projet.
