    2015 - 2016 Lead operations to support GE in divesting its Real Estate business in France ($1,3B /100 assets): enabling pre-close & post-close with the buyer and lead/coordinate all divestiture activities around finance, legal, sourcing, document management, compliance and HR

    2010 - 2016 Enhanced profitability & operations efficiency (~$450 M exp. base)
    • Built the European sourcing/procurement function with its governance framework: team/network and rules & processes set up, implemented & enhanced systems and created dashboard /metrics leading to behavior change & profitability enhancement
    • Monitored costs out: 5 to 7 M$ savings a year since '10 through 10 to 25 initiatives per year
