My knowledge of the FMCG's culture & challenges gained for more than the last 20 years within GlaxoSmithKline and Colgate Palmolive are a very valuable Asset which gives me a very practical business oriented mindset and that enables me to work hand in hand with Sales and Marketing as a real Partner, bringing the Finance insight into the decision making process.


On top of my deep knowledge of finance and controlling principles, my atypical career path started in Marketing and Sales and continued in Global Support Functions with Logistics and Finance, is giving me additional Trust from the company leaders and enables me to quickly get the full picture and capability to broach business topics with the finance eye but the commercial words and attitude.

This gives me additional credibility as a Sales and marketing finance partner when working with the business.

FInally my recent South European Project management experience on the Integration of the Novartis Business within GSK as part of the Joint venture has given me even more global insight on the company with a 360° view on all departments, challenges, Risks and Issues.

    Marly-le-Roi 2016 - maintenant Support the Commercial Excellence department and the 2 Business Units ( Pharmacy and Mass Market) with Sales force Effectiveness activities and ROI and profitability analysis
    In charge of Sell In / Sell out analysis and reporting, work with external Marketing mix Analysis studies to understand drivers and drainers of sales and market shares ( Nielsen, IMS , IRI) and produce recommendation to the business

  • GlaxoSmithKline - France and French Overseas Markets Integration Lead

    Marly-le-Roi 2015 - 2016 Enrolled as lead for integrating the 2 organizations of GSK and Novartis into forming the new GSK Legal entity .
    Coverage of all aspects of the integration including Market Authorisation Transfers, Creation of new Legal entity, Relocation of teams, Merging of systems and ERP, initialization of new CRM Veeva Sales Force software, Compliance & risk management alignment of procedures, Human resources activities to create the new organization of office and Sales reps, Training of new joiners.

    This in a very short period of time until cutover and start of the new formed company has given me a full 360° picture of all departments and activities of a FMCH structure.
  • GlaxoSmithKline - South Europe Integration Project Manager

    Marly-le-Roi 2015 - 2015 In the context of the Joint Venture with Novartis, I am supporting the South Europe Integration Director and the Market Integration Leads ( Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, North Africa, French West Africa, Italy, Israel, Greece, Mediteranean Islands) as Integration project manager.

    In charge of ensuring the quality of Integration Planning, I ensure consistency accross markets and reporting of critical milestones within the Area and to the central Europe & America Integration teams.

    I am driving Risk Management reviews & ensure Markets are having mitigation plans to drive Delivery & success of the integration accross business.
    With this I am covering many business topics on all the aspects of the company.
