2009 - maintenantMy works aims on the evolution of mammalian genome in the context of transcription regulation.
I'm involve in different project including study of Transcription factor binding site evolution with chip-seq data analysis; study of gene expression evolution with RNA-seq data, and mammalian genome sequencing and analysis with new generation sequencing approaches.
CNRS-UMR6026 : Interactions Cellulaires et Moléculaires
- PhD Student in Bioinformatic
2006 - 2009During my PhD I developed a new annotation strategy of prokariotic genomes, based on the concept of anchors and sub-system. This strategy was implemented in OxyGene, a platform used to annotate and analyze subsystems related to the oxidative stress response in prokaryotic genomes. I have also implemented an analysis of the ROS/RNS subsysten in more than 800 bacterial genomes in order to link the gene content to the environment where the bacterial live.
INSERM U771
- Master Internship
2006 - 2006I have work on the classification of the class A of G Protein Coupled Receptor using a principal component analysis.I have also Development of a score function allowing discovery of specific motifs for each class having a structural and functional role in receptor.
SOPRA Group
- Software Engineer
Paris2004 - 2005I was involve in a team responsible for the maintenance of the ordering system of a main actor of telecom sector
Missions: Implementation of functional evolutions; project on TeraData database migration to Oracle Database; specifications, conceptions and development of web-services in the SATIN application in order to communicate with other applications of the Information System.
ARIASE
- Softwar Engineer
2003 - 2004I was involved in the development of a client–server application used to evaluate the quality of service of Internet network with a strategy of passive analysis of internet network.
