I have 13 years experience in recruitment with a personal specialisation in Telecoms (Data, Voice, Transmission) and specifically Wireless Software and Hardware Recruitment but have led teams we have recruited across Oil & Gas, IT, Security and Analytics.

    2003 - 2008 I sold my 28% of the company in Eurostaff Group September 2008 after having helped found the company in 2003. We set up the company with 5 people, and when I left the company we had a staff of 35.

    Eurostaff was focused purely on high margin business, we were not interested in high volume, low margin business.

    For 2 years in a row (2007 and 2008) we were in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 - we were one of the few companies to be back in a year later. Eurostaff came 68th in 2008 after coming 35th in 2007. These were the first 2 years we could enter as you need 3 years audited books to enter.
