  • KOCH-GLITSCH France - Sales and Technical Engineer

    2007 - 2008 - In charge of the after-sales department for mist eliminators covering France, Spain, Portugal and French speaking Africa for the oil and gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries.

    - Managing internal product sales by generating leads, supervising the handling of technical and commercial enquiries, producing tenders, issuing quotations and purchasing the product from our factory in Belgium while establishing and maintaining professional relationships with a varied client portfolio which included: BP, ESSO, SHELL, TOTAL, ATOFINA, TECHNIP and SANOFI among others.
  • KALIREL (Heater manufacturer) - Regional Manager

    2006 - 2007 - In charge of sales development for the Kalirel brand in the French Mediterranean region.

    - Responsible for developing long term professional client relationship with 3 types of customers, namely: a 23-strong national distributor network, major French property developers and electrical contractors.
  • HASKEL - Regional Manager

    2002 - 2006 - In charge of sales development for the South of France region for Haskel and Butech products.
    - Primary focus was to develop the market while establishing and maintaining productive long-term relationships with customers for 2 distinct product lines: Components(Valves, fittings, tubing, pumps, air amplifiers, gas boosters) and complete systems (test benches, gas transfer systems, gas booster systems) aimed at the oil & gas, nuclear, navy, space and aerospace industries.
    - Additional role coordinating the provision of reactive maintenance and engineering troubleshooting for clients.
    - Key accounts included: CAMERON, FRENCH NAVY, TOTAL, HALLIBURTON, SBM, TYCO Valves, WEATHERFORD among others.
  • Les Automatismes Appliques - Internal Sales Executive

    2001 - 2002 Responsible for development of proposals and working as part of the support team for the field sales representatives.
    Primary role was to produce quotations for customers for one product line which included regulators, back pressure regulators, safety valves, valves, fittings, tubing and safety disks.
  • Autoclave France - Internal Sales Executive

    1999 - 2001 Working as part of the customer support team for the field sales representatives based in various areas in France, generating quotations.
    Managing customer projects from development of purchasing agreements through to co-ordinating actual product supply (ie.6 month dedicated project working with TECHNIP Lyon for a Poly-ethylene plant in Malaysia).
