    Labège 2012 - 2015 ANTABIO is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery of novel drugs to treat and prevent antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections. We have 2 diffrent innovative programs :
    - Metallo beta-lactamase (MBL) inhibitors
    - Virulence blockers (the Antibiotic Adjuvant Factory)

    My activities include:
    - investigating new collaborations opportunities to consolidate our product portfolio
    - managing external relationships with local forces in economic development
    - increasing Antabio's visibility on the international biotech' stage (representing Antabio at key partnering events, managing media relations, etc.)
    - identifiying funding opportunities
  • Ubifrance - Biotechnology Trade Advisor

    Paris 2011 - 2012 My activities included connecting French and American biopharmaceutical companies for partnerships, collaborations and licensing purposes.

    Some examples:
    - Project leader for Ubifrance’s key recurrent event the French Biotech Tours, partnering events aiming at creating business opportunities for both French and American biopharmaceutical companies (www.frenchbiotechtour.ubifrance-events.com)
    - Oncology event, April 2011: 14 French & 16 American companies, 70 B2B meetings organized
    - Infectious diseases event, September 2011: 24 French and 26 American companies (including Antabio), 120 B2B meetings organized
    - Neuroloy event, November 2011: 14 French et 11 American companies, 70 B2B meetings organized
    - Participation at BIO 2011 and organization of a satellite networking event, the Fast-Track – Partnering with France (www.fast-track.fr): 305 attendees from 17 countries (100 American partners and 114 French attendees).
    - Realization of market studies and individuals reports for individual French companies
  • Antabio - Assistant business development

    Labège 2010 - 2010 My first objective was to help Antabio identifying possible partnerships with pharma companies and/or generic companies to co-develop their anti-virulence molecules. Such a partnership could consolide the IP for existing antiobiotics, by creating a second life for molecules about to loose their patents or allowing the company to extand indications for an exisiting antibiotic, for example.
    On the other hand, I also contributed to find innovative fundings alternatives for Antabio in order to finance the seed phase of the business (crowd-funding for instance).

    Some examples:

    - Participation in the definition of an innovative business model for the company, based on early partnerships and co-development strategy (open innovation)
    - Definition the approach strategy to initiate partnerships with identified actors
    - Participation in the seed funding strategy for the company
    - Identification innovative funding tools for start-up companies (crowdfunding investor WiSEED)
  • Neuroservice - Quality assurance responsible

    Aix en Provence 2009 - 2009 During 6 months, I have had to set up the quality management system of the society, to write standard operating procedures and general procedures as well as for documentary management and the production process and I have had to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions due to the follow-up and analysis of pertinent indicators. The objectives concerning this mission were fulfilled: I effectively contributed to the optimization the Production process of 
the society.
    I also developed under my own initiative a script to automatically analyze data generated by the experiments, in order to standardize the process and minimize the occurence of errors.
  • Schering Plough - Junior assistant global regulatory affairs

    Hérouville-Saint-Clair 2008 - 2008 3-month internship at Schering-Plough Europe (Brussels,Belgium) under supervision of Christopher Griffett in Global Regulatory Affairs: PSURs and variations submission, monitoring guidelines EMEA
  • Sophia Forum - President of a local organization

    2007 - 2008 President of Sophia Forum in 2007-2008 (student association, www.sophiaforum.org). We organized a meeting between students and enterprises in order to support employement. I had much responsibilities and must be very organized in public relations:
    • Management of a team of 20 persons with different backgrounds
    • Management of a budget of 60,000€
    • Results: this meeting received 30 enterprises and 1, 500 visitors
