    Lyon 2012 - 2014 SAP Service Manager (Global Management of Delivery & Support Teams)
    - SAP Support Center level 2 : provide services as functional and technical support for all business domains (R&D, Industrial Operations and Support Functions), 40+ applications, 3 various platforms (ERP, Netweaver Java, and IDM) and around 7 FTE.
    - SAP ABAP/Netweaver factory : adaptive and evolutive maintenance using a delivery model built on on-site, on-shore (France) and off-shore teams (India), delivering 1200+ mdays by year on various technologies development platforms (ABAP, Java Web Dynpro) and representing around 20 FTE.
