    Boulogne-Billancourt 2015 - 2015 In line with the previous GSK mission, Windows 7 migration project, I integrated GSK Vaccines R&D department to provide support to coordinate information between the business and IT department.

    PROJECT’S DESCRIPTION:

    The mission here was to follow and support identified software scripting done by the business to IT and resolves scripting issue:

    - Testing application installation with HP and the business owner for the Windows 7 64bits compatibility,
    - Support Business Owner for User Acceptance Test.
    - Redirect scripting issue to others IT process in order to integrate the software.
    - Reporting in weekly meeting of applications status, and create KPI.

    Also prepare Novartis integration:

    - List Novartis software
    - Identify similar system
  • ALTEN BELGIUM - IT Consultant

    2015 - 2015 I integrated GSK Vaccines IT R&D department as project manager officer to coordinate information between the business and IT department.

    PROJECT’S DESCRIPTION:

    In order to migrate all GSK computers from Windows XP to Windows 7, the main mission was to challenge the business about which software they needed. The main parts were:

    - Improve scripting process,
    - Improve workstation migration process,
    - Identifying a business owner for each applications,
    - Asking for a business justification to keep the software,
    - Checking the compatibility of the application version with Windows 7,
    - Reporting in weekly meeting of applications status.
  • Airbus SAS - IT PMO

    2012 - 2014 I integrated IT governance service in Airbus IT department. This service takes in charge the strategy, objectives definitions, process quality and improvement, methods and tools.
    IT Governance ensure IT quality and good way of working following strong process in line with EN9100, PMbock and MEGA model standard, it provides processes to follow for projects managers with a dedicated governance business partner, training for methods and tools and put KPI to measure efficiency.

    PROJECT’S DESCRIPTION:

    - Focus on business process improvement the first project was to build a user interface for Airbus project management methodology. It was a project built from business demand to simplify and guide the project manager on the good way of working. Plus to be more efficient agile, EVM and time-box methodology was include in the project with Airbus’ own requirement. My role as PMO was to follow up the project and ensure quality requirement in IT side with process quality management (documentation, assessment, PM, sponsors, stakeholders’ signature for acceptance, make KPI…), prepare audits quality with dedicated quality business partner

    - With the excessive use of Excel files and to define a strategy with a roadmap on methods and tools aspect, the second project was to establish a project portfolio management and an application portfolio management in an integrated solution to have two referential bases on projects and applications.
    I was assigned PMO on this project to launch a case study with an internal and external benchmarking to define the AS-IS and the TO-BE. Plus to ensure quality control the integrated solution was also implemented with a quality center tool.
    I launched project charter and MS project with requirements and information, organize weekly meeting with core team, monthly review with steering committee.

    - I also integrated finance controlling during a short time to understand how we define and redirect budget for each services in the department.
