Master’s degree in Management with more than 10 years of experiences in Human Resources management, specialized in compensation and benefits.
- Performance and Compensation management.
- Compensation and Benefits Programs management.
- Organization: organizational structure, job evaluation and structure, salary structure (market pricing to salary ranges)
- Recruitment and on-boarding: improvement of the whole recruitment process, candidate screening and validation, compensation package offer, on-boarding for new HR colleagues.
- Training and Development: training to new colleagues and management on HR programs and processes.
- Business support: HR Operations, HR dashboard, change management, functional support to Management, design and deliver HR initiatives.
- Others: Project management, severances, European countries and Swiss labor law advice, HRIS and Data reporting.
