    Blagnac 2008 - 2015 Managed all ILS and ISS activities for Qatar National Security Shield (NSS) project
    Projects: NSS Qatar - Border security system (01/2007, up to now)
    Objective:
    delivery of the ILS items:
    - RAMT and LSA studies
    - Technical and Operational documentation and training
    - Maintenance activities before acceptance of the system
    - Support to end users after project acceptance

    Main achievements:
    Managed the ILS project (expatriation in Doha since 2010)
    - Developed the WBS (work breakdown structure)
    - Achieved the cost and schedule management
    - Recruited and managed ILS staffs (2 teams: France and Qatar)
    - Managed the relation with the customer related to ILS subjects

    Design phase:
    - Reviewed with the customer the requirement list, developed the System requirement about ILS elements
    - Organised and managed several workshops with the customer to set up support element strategy in accordance with own organisation. Made ITIL concept presentation to the customer ILS manager;
    - Lead change management proposition in order to integrate the new system within Qatar Armed Forces organisation (System support transition phase document)
    - Managed and delivered to the customer the RAMT and LSA studies.
    - Defined and developed the ILS sub-contract part, reviewed and negotiated proposals.

    Documentation delivery:
    - Team based on 1 documentation manager and up to 5 documentation writers.
    - Supervised and validated the documentation strategy and processes.
    - Delivered around 90 bespoke documents to the customer:
    - Organised internal CASSIDIAN DS workshop in order to optimise the documentation production.

    Training delivery:
    - Team based on: 1 head of operational training, 1 head of technical training, 4 operational trainers and temporary technical trainers.
    - Managed the Training Needs Analysis and training plan delivery to the customer.
    - Managed the development of the class rooms and training platforms
    - Supervised the delivery of 1600 training days (operational and technical training)

    Support phase:
    - Recruited of the onsite support team (8 Staffs)
    - Defined the roles and processes for support organization.
    - Set up CMMS software (Computerized maintenance management system), customized the software to be compliant with incident, problem, change and delivery processes (based on ITIL recommendation)
    - Managed of the logistic parts and local configuration management.
    - Developed the full support proposal to the customer in order to maintain the system after the system acceptance.

    Out of the project:
    involved within the definition and set up of the Back office service team in order to support all projects in Service Support.

    2006 - 2007 In charge of designing maintenance concept and managing in service support, according to customer needs and uses.

    Objective: Create a written proposal to answer customers' tender offer.
    Main achievements: cost estimation and the writing of the proposal ILS part. ;

    2004 - 2006 Project: IFTS (12/2004 – 2006) - Military project with NATO organisation

    Objective:
    Provide ILS elemennt of a force tracking system to NATO forces in Kosovo.

    Main achievements:
    - Achieved the cost and schedule management
    - Built the maintenance concept
    - Kept constant relationship with NATO customer (Brussels NATO headquarter) and on site military customers (Kosovo)
    - Set up of an inventory list and transportation management between France and Kosovo
    - Set up repair center in France to manage and to coordinate repair flows
    - Managed the technical assistance team on site located in Kosovo (3 staffs on site);
  • EADS Telecom - Customer Acceptance Project Manager (CAPM)

    2002 - 2004 Project: TETRAPOL 9600 system release V35_06 (04/2003 – 12/2004)
    Objective:
    Merge requirements from several TETRAPOL markets into a single TETRAPOL product.
    Main achievements:
    - Managed a team of 10 people (French and German EADS staff)
    - Managed costs (95 k€ cost reduction between initial and final quotation due to a better coordination with development teams)
    - Set up coordination meetings between German, Mexican and French EADS teams
    - Defined and realised field test management: Frankfort airport network, Mexican and French policy network

    Project: TETRAPOL 9600 system release V35_04 project (09/2002 – 12/2003)
    Objective:
    Improve telecommunication services and management tools for French military customer and Spanish private telecommunication company.
    Main achievements:
    - Managed a team of 5 staffs
    - Performed the test design coordination
    - Organised the customer presentations on project progress
    - Took the lead of the customer problems (SPICA customer and ACROPOL customer)

    Project: TETRAPOL 9600 system release V34_02 (01/2002 – 09/2002)
    Objective:
    Improve the tactical management application.
    Main achievements:
    - Managed a team of 3 staffs
    - Coordinated software deliveries with ACROPOL EADS team

    Project: TETRAPOL 9600 system release V34_01/02/03 stabilization project (01/2002 – 09/2002)
    Objective:
    Reduce number of major anomalies
    Main achievements:
    - Managed a team of 3 staffs
    - Coordinated the actions with the development teams, implemented method to fiix the main anomalies
