As a Managing Director, I have been involved in extensive business development from the start up status to the leadership status involving strategic decision-making and intensive growth management.

In my last positions at I have had the responsability to optimise internal structure while organically growing revenue resulting in substantially improved profitability. The elaboration of an end user focused strategy as well as the sustainable development of a retailer & distributor network have been instrumental to the success encountered so far.

My experience lies with both BtoC & BtoB sectors and thus enable me to be capable of fostering various ways of going to market, increasing revenue and modeling internal structure.

I can be mentioned as being results driven with some initial expertise in finance and operations which has enabled me to build senior management skills on some solid ground.
