Over 15 years of experience in Client Services / Relationship Management including delivery and support of Services, mainly in EMEA, but also spanning other regions.

For the past 10 years I have focused on helping my Clients reduce their costs, first in the Tax Reclaim business and now within the area of Telecoms Management.
This includes operational support, service delivery, client business processes re-engineering, inventory management, audit optimisations delivery as well as reporting. Enabling my clients to deliver savings to their business by better management and control over their costs, but also through better Telecom strategy due to increased visibility and understanding of their Telecom landscape.

Fluent in both English and French (Mother tongue), I also speak some Spanish and German.

I specialise in International Organisations who want people with solid Client Services and Account Management skills combined with Foreign Languages to enable them to manage global business relationships with a view to deliver more value to their Customers and in turn grow their revenues both organically and by up-selling services in a consultative approach.

    Newbury 2011 - maintenant Vodafone Global Enterprise's VTM, is the largest and most trusted provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software solutions worldwide.
    The Vodafone Telecoms Management offering is a global whole of life telecommunications management service.
    Managing Global Client Relationships in the area of Telecom Expense Management primarily for the EMEA region but also spanning other regions.
    Typical Clients are Fortune 500 Multinationals in various vertical markets such as Banking, Insurance, FMCG, IT Services, etc.


  • Vodafone Global Enterprise - EMEA Client Manager

    2010 - 2011 Managing Client Relationships for the EMEA region.
    Managing tactical implementations of our proprietary BPO Telecom Expense Management solution across EMEA.
    Hired, trained and developed a new CM for the EMEA region due to growth.

  • Meridian VAT Reclaim - Senior Client Services Executive

    Paris 2003 - 2010 Managed a Client base of 100+ client accounts ensuring retention and growth including major multinationals such as KLM, Boston Scientific, Nissan, Cisco Systems, Kraft Foods, DHL, Inbev, Aon, RBS on a pan-European level.

    • Developed client strategy to ensure revenue growth.
    • Lead & took part in internal change management programs to reduce admin time, minimise client impact and free time to invest in client development.
    • Consistently over-achieved on targets every quarter since 2003 by 110 -160%.
    • Managed and developed a junior CSE to full CSE level
    • Cross-sold Consultancy services and helped converting passed leads to our Consultancy teams

  • PSD Group - Recruitment Consultant

    CESTAS 1999 - 2003 Developed a Client base across the UK and Europe recruiting IT Professionals within the Electronics and FMCG sectors. Clients included household names such as: Henkel, General Motors, Toshiba, Philips, Astrium (a joint venture between BAE Systems and Daimler Chrysler space arm), De La Rue.
    • Developed a cold client base from scratch, creating new Client accounts and maintained relationships with those Clients ensuring repeat business.
    • Sold and executed the full range of recruitment services: File Search, Advertised Selection and Executive Search.
    • Managed the selection process through to and including offer stage as well as notice period to ensure efficient and effective recruitment process.
    • Consulted Clients and advised on recruitment strategies.
    • Won numerous Advertised campaigns in the Sunday Times, Computer Weekly and Computing.
    • Trained new Consultants and supported them in achieving their monthly revenue targets.
