En résumé

I have nearly 2 years experiences in Oracle CRM Siebel solution, especially familiar with Siebel EIM Module which gave me the first skills in the process of volume data in real large enterprise case.

Also I have working experience on Java Web technology, especially on GWT Framework.

Currently, I am working on the MOOC(Massive Open Online Course) project and have strong interests in Big Data technology.

    1.Write technical specifications, delivery/deployment documents and users’ manuals.
    2.1 Design the Unix Batch to transform large scale data (millions data of clients and contracts) between CRM System and Billing System under regular frequency.
    2.2 Design the Unix Batch to delete obsolete data in CRM System and archive the data in xml files.

    3.Design, deploy and optimizer the workflows to send massive SMS/Email notifications to clients,internal divisions and organizations according to the SLA/OLA during the life cycle of Service Requests.
