Working for more than 10 years on the International Purchasing Categories I've accumulated a solid background on Strategic Procurement Process. I've been successful on all positions, challenges and targets I got along the years in Category Management on both Direct and Indirect purchasing. I've been successful as well transferring all transactional (low value) activities to a Low Cost country (Poland).
I've reach for several years now the top management level of my Company and doesn't see any close opportunity for the oncoming years to grow-up internally. Then I've decided to look for outside opportunities in order to continue my progression toward a Global & Executive level.
My strong Strategic & International Purchasing background will be key to help some Companies achieving the level of efficiency I was able to obtain within my own organization throughout the European Region.
Category Strategies, Change Management, Lean Processes and Efficient Organizations set-up are my key motivators to continue being excited on my daily Life.
