    1979 - 1985 Joined a small company (Telic), focusing on entreprise telephony, engaged in a technology bold move (SW, microprocessors). SW Technology CTO:
    - established state of the art SW technologies (OS, UNIX, C language, Database technologies, OO), IT infrastructure
    - established state of the part SW/Product development methodologies and processes
    - led innovation with “prototyping activities”, anticipating technologies and solutions for next releases of products; participation in system, terminals, applications architecture design
    - recruitment of SW talents, building a SW competence Center (from 25 people to more than 100)
  • ITT. Laboratoire Central des Télécommunications - Responsable équipe développement logiciel

    1973 - 1979 ITT, Central Telecom Labs. SW development. Computer Electronic Telephone Switching Systems for Telcos:
    - designed and developed Operating System for computer based public telephone switch with redundant architecture. Fault-tolerance (less than 1 hour down time in 40 years...)
    - head of SW team in charge of embedded Operation Services and Support applications (1/3 of overall telephone switch SW)
