Initially employed as a Project Engineer on the AUD$45M Surfers Paradise Hilton Towers Dolphin Arcade
development, / was promoted to the role of Assistant Project Manager, and subsequent to project
completion offered the role of Senior Project Manager. Within this role I was accountable for end-to-end
management of major on-shore and off-shore projects for blue chip clients, valued up to AUD$35M,
reporting to the Regional Manager and Managing Director.

* Management of projects through phases of initiation, planning, execution and closure
* Scoping of works, including identification of client needs and information gathering, and change
management of adaptations to scope as required

and subcontractors

* Baulderstone Brisbane Container Terminal: Ground improvement of compacted sand for supporting rails

* Bulk Water Alliance Cotter Dam Canberra Enlargement: Foundation injection using gin grouting
technology. 6,000 Lm of percussion drilling, 560 Lm of grouting and 600T injected with computer controlled

* John Holland Tunnelling Port Melbourne D-Wall Shaft: Construction of three D-Wall shafts for new
Melbourne main sewer, including construction of 1,650 m2 of D-Wall at an average depth of 25m in a tight

* Thiess-John Holland Joint Venture Air Link Brisbane D-Wall: Construction of 2 D-Walls to create access
ramp for new Brisbane airport link tunnel, including creation of 4,000 m2 of D-wall at an average depth of
