As a Waitress and Barista in 121 bc i was in charge of a section. That's mean i was doing the usual tasks like : taking order, setting the table, running food and drinks, cleaning. However, it was a wine bar specialized in organic and biodynamic italian wine, that's why i had to advice my customer according to their wishes. In addition, i was asked to pair the wine with the food and advice the client.

Valoriser le fruit de la passion produit en quantité importante par les producteurs Kenyan. Elaborer un jus de fruit en tenant compte des limites techniques de l'entreprise ( produit qui n'a encore jamais été conçu sur le site), les indicateurs de contrôle qualité ainsi que les exigences du consommateurs : "sans additifs ni conservateurs".
Valoriser la poudre de fleure d'hibiscus et de citronnelle pour confectionner un second jus de fruit selon les mêmes données que le premier jus de fruit.
Apporter un soutien aux membres du département de l'agriculture concernant la production de camomille, fleure d'hibiscus et citronnelle.
