- Created, tested, and implemented CRM campaigns for user acquisition through offers and editorial content
- Operated offer rebranding research through quantitative and qualitative data collection on consumers and competitors
- Conducted market research and benchmarks for potential new operations with partners
- Operated data crunching for estimations of future market opportunities and planification
- Performance monitoring through main KPIs: user acquisition, churn rate, customer retention
