    2000 - 2007 • Planning and implementing all measures to maintain and optimize the existing production using the FES tools (Faurecia Excellence System)
    • Planning and leading the optimization measures in cooperation with the other departments (maintenance, production, logistics, quality, purchasing…)
    • Initiate, follow or lead events such as HOSHIN, 5S, SMED, TPM or Quality standard methods (8D, DMAIC, 5W, Ishikawa, Pareto…)
    • Find, plan and follow implementation of changes: analysis of feasibility, realization of samples, request for quotation, comparing offers, updating production documentation, planning coordination and all necessary measures in cooperation with the other departments: From the product designer right through to the customer.
    From 2005 to 2007, I led some productivity projects (product and process) which bring an average of cost reduction per year around 340k€.
