• Lead the operating system ACE/Lean implementation for the organization within business and manufacturing divisions.
• Create the lean vision, guide site teams and implement a lean strategy to reduce inventory, lead time, waste and improve process quality at the site
• Provide organization development through training, teaching, coaching and mentoring of leaders and employees
• Identify areas of business performance gaps and participate in planning and improvement to close the gaps.

• Resolve supplier QMS and product related Non Conformances utilising Root
cause Analysis Methodology and CI Tools.
• Development of Suppliers to improve Quality
• Support the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to all
applicable requirements (AS9100, European Aviation Safety Agency Part 21 and Part 145, MOD, Customers)
• Perform Supplier Audits and manage Corrective Actions. (Product / Process
Systems Audits).

2000 - 2007• Planning and implementing all measures to maintain and optimize the existing production using the FES tools (Faurecia Excellence System)
• Planning and leading the optimization measures in cooperation with the other departments (maintenance, production, logistics, quality, purchasing…)
• Initiate, follow or lead events such as HOSHIN, 5S, SMED, TPM or Quality standard methods (8D, DMAIC, 5W, Ishikawa, Pareto…)
• Find, plan and follow implementation of changes: analysis of feasibility, realization of samples, request for quotation, comparing offers, updating production documentation, planning coordination and all necessary measures in cooperation with the other departments: From the product designer right through to the customer.
From 2005 to 2007, I led some productivity projects (product and process) which bring an average of cost reduction per year around 340k€.
