En résumé

I developed strong operational experiences as an employee during 14 years in Telecom Industry for France Telecom Orange (as a Corp. Project Manager in Data Network production since 1999). I drove Major National Companies Data Networks production (as EDF, GDF, SFR, Daimler Chrysler, SATS -French Nuclear Power Crisis Network-) but also Small and Medium Company (as Speedy, Nespresso, Vanco, Delbard, Cervin innovation). I am mainly in charge of taking into account of objectives, costs, H.R. organization & dimensioning, technological capabilities of the moment, Risks survey and definition of the processes of realization. But also, drafting contractual documents (instructions, process, statement, etc), to report to director committee and acting as guarantor of the respect of contractual and commercial engagements. My extensive experience to communicate and my capacity to understand customers needs based on their specific requirements and to translate them in customized and innovative solutions bring me to business excellence after 7 years of daily effort (from 41 to 63 millions €/year; more than 50 full time employees directly involved and 200 indirectly).
