Graduate from the Bordeaux International Wine Institute with a master’s degree in wine marketing working as a winemaker at Champagne Pierre Paillard Winery. I'm also working free lance as a sommelier in Paris, I conduct wine tasting in english.
For the last eight generations, my family has operated a Champagne company, Champagne Pierre Paillard, in Bouzy. Throughout my life, I have worked at the company learning how to make wine and sell it.
After graduating from the Technology and Management School in Reims (TEMA) in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor in Management and New Technologies and a specialization in purchase and logistics, I also spent time in Washington, DC, NYC and Shanghai, China broadening my experience in marketing (development and printing of sales materials such as brochures, business cards, flyers and creating a new website), selling (wine fairs, as well as opening the American market for Champagne Pierre Paillard), and wine-making (harvest, vintage).
In China I worked as a wine shop manager, where I had to manage a team, find ways to increase sales, select the shop’s wines and so on.
