    2006 - 2010 - Introduced a tool to enable identification and reduction of price gaps among customers and countries. Implementation in twenty countries and follow-up based on customer threats or major New Product relaunch/ Base business new positionning.
    - Setup Consumption model on main Colgate Subcategories (Toothpaste…) to monitor and prevent major deviation between shipments to the trade and sales to the consumers. Implementation in twenty countries (Western and Central Europe).
    - Created Key Performance Indicator tracker based on Actuals/Estimate. Goal: in the frame of Colgate Business Planning process, track Actuals gaps in order to get a better estimate, achieving month goal (volume, sales, margin). Submitted on a monthly basis after month end closing.
    - Implemented Global Customer Standards update: Coordinate 1/ with Global Headquarters for new definitions 2/with every European subsidiary for introduction of Colgate worldwide standards. Coordination with countries and Global IT, monitor changes, tracking mismappings.
    - Launched new report analysing Sales/Margin % per country and Retail Environment.
    - Established assortment and price analysis in the frame of negotiation with a major German retailer.
    - Coordinated testing at Division level for IT development (Business Warehouse Accelerator).
  • Colgate-Palmolive Europe - Paris (France) - Category Financial Analyst

    2001 - 2006 - Created P&L statements for New Products in the Fabric Care / Household Surface Care categories (sales €800m). Assessed viability of project at early stages to 3 years P&L when New Product is approved.
    -Setup reports and executive summaries on Fabric Care / Household Surface Care: monthly tracking on Actuals, Estimate, Budget. Quarterly submission of P&L per brand and country to Global Headquarters
    - Established report on Non Variable Overheads in European Division (€25m). Tracked Actuals, gap versus Estimate, established Budget with countries.
    - Participated in Mid Year Review / Budget Review Preparation of European Division in Global Headquarters (New York): mandatory exhibits, analyses for presentations…
  • Colgate-Palmolive Europe - Paris (France) - Supply Chain Analyst

    2000 - 2001 - Established report on variable/fixed cost for 8 plants and 15 subsidiaries. Analyse of variances, Budget, Actuals, gap versus Estimate.
