    * Working in conjunction with Head of Functions and countries to identify and resolve business challenges, build the divisional IS architecture and select standard solutions
    * Supervising the development of standard solutions: CRM with Oracle, CRM on Demand; E-Commerce Core Model; Revised Manufacturing Template based on Maximo; Transportation Management System (QUINTIQ); Sales & Operation Planning (QUINTIQ)
    * Managing Competency Centers, including: CMMS (Maximo) - 5 FTE / EUR 1.2M, QIMS (Quality) - 3 FTE / EUR 500K, CRM - 5 FTEs / EUR 1.5M, Digital Channel2 FTE / EUR 1M
    * Developing an IT roadmap, requiring extensive collaboration with functions including Industrial, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing and involving definition, working with country Excom to define the IT strategic plan, defining and validating CAPEX, validation and follow-up of IT CAPEX, totalling ~ EUR 25M per year
    Key Achievements:
    * Reviewing the existing process and templates in respect of Cement Manufacturing, specifically maintenance and developing and launching a multi-year program including roadmap and business case, to deploy the solution, building a partnership with IBM to support worldwide deployment
    * Launching a Customer Orientation program based on CRM and e-commerce, including developing templates, building partnership with Cap Gemini to deploy and support the CRM solution on an OPEX mode, developing the e-commerce solution for Cement, deploying across 6 countries and piloting other innovative solutions such as Electronic Proof of Delivery and Capture of Market Intelligence Information
    * Working with the Supply Chain Team to select a solution and build templates around Transport Management and Sales & Operations Planning, piloting the TMS solution with the Philippines and launching S&OP pilot with Algeria ;
