Located in the Brussels region, off the Ring Road, Tecnibo has a factory equipped with digitally controlled machinery and skilled personnel who are permanently trained to ensure impeccable efficiency and quality.
Our factory can be considered one of the most modern production sites in terms of bespoke carpentry and partitions.
For over 30 years in Belgium and 15 years in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, Tecnibo has succeeded in harmoniously combining manufacturer’s know-how with a creator’s imagination.

Responsible for the planning, execution and budgeting of European and French trade shows, European live events and the annual global convention dedicated to a product version launch. Responsibilities include management of budget, project schedule, providers’ relations and logistic coordination.
• 1st European live webcast “SEPA: Information for action!”
o Recruitment of speakers and adapted provider
o Registrations management (500 people connected for 1 hour from all over the world: customers/prospective customers, partners, advisors, analysts, journalists, employees)
o Building all the tools for registration, communication, reporting, leads follow-up and translation
o Position and value Sage experts, Sage expertise on Finance and Customer testimonial as a proof point
o Budget management
• 4rd edition of the “Sage ERP X3 Global Convention 2014” in Lisbon – Product launch event:
o Registrations management: participants, sponsors and exhibitors (1000 people for 4 days : customers/prospective customers, partners, advisors, analysts, journalists, employees)
o Rooming lists management, animations, places selection (themed evenings, plenaries, workshops, private diners, housing), restaurants and caterers choice, development places

My aims were to design, plan and deliver French events and trade shows, and new kinds of events to increase the leads generation. Permanent interface between French marketing and sales force teams, product managers and product marketing managers.
• 104 events and 51 trade shows organized between 2011 and 2013
• 4% increase in lead generation related to events and trade shows from 2010 till 2012
• Creating of "Sage Web TVs" as an quarterly appointment between Sage Experts and Sage ecosystem:
o Choice and recruitment of speakers (Sage Expert, Partner, Customer) and adapted provider
o Interface with provider and experts on the topics, contents, speech and visual animations
o Planning management
• Ramping up our presence in the ERP area and creation of multimedia content
o Choice and recruitment of Sage Partners to be on the Sage booth and Sage Expert speakers to represent during the conferences
o Design of a new booth representing the brand
