International pig market study with a focus on the Asian countries. Analysis of the whole chain, from breeding to meat and consumers. Qualification of the market based on TOPIGS philosophy and business strategy. Use of marketing tools like BCG and Mc Kinsey matrix. Proposition of the best countries to develop and the strategies to apply.
In the mean time I took part of the strategic business plans and budgets building for the Asian subsidiaries of TOPIGS (China and the Philippines) and commercial negotiations with distributors and key accounts.
