    - Reporting directly to the Japanese Sales Direction in Paris
    - Management of 10 persons and agents network coordination
    - Responsible of over 40 % sales turnover of the subsidiary SOFICAR
    - Sales turnover growth: doubled between 2005 and 2011 (T/0 2011 :51 M€ - 103% vs budget )
    - Elaborate and manage the budget, in link with the financial director
    - Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting to top management
    - Track and analyse information about competition and distribution network, on a regular basis
    - Negotiate and implement for every client the annual marketing plan and ensure the follow up on the field. Work closely with the global marketing team in Tokyo, especially as for European trends and Customer concerns Involved in the company strategy, the definition of new products and market positioning
    - Demonstrate the applications and solutions to strategic customers, build most appropriate action plans and consolidate commercial activity on the area
    - Insure a smooth business relationship between the final customers, the partners and the company
    - Participate in all key exhibitions and seminars organized by the company or its partners, develop customer testimonial to increase brand awareness of the company on the European market
    - Development of prescription network :
    Member of SAMPE (Society Advancement Material and Process Engineering), international professional member society which provides information on new materials and process technologies through forums ( -Yearly participation in France and Germany.

    Key Achievements :

    - Involvement in discussions of equity participation in a German advanced composites manufacturer for automotive industry (ACE: Advanced Composite Engineering Gmbh). Business Plan in 2007.Finalization and official announcement in December 2008
    - Prescription of Torayca products and supply chain follow-up for following programs: Audi R8 and the electric car Tesla

    - Finalization of multiyear contract in 2008 with one the first European Customer, the group ETC (Enrichment Technology, Joint Venture URENCO and AREVA). Participation in the key international negotiations in Europe (France and Germany) and Japan. Follow-up of the yearly supplier audits in France and Japan (Last one, 1 week in Japan in March 2010 - Tokyo and Ehime)

    - Prescription of Torayca products with Alcatel Alenia Space (Now Thales) in 2006 for the astronomic program “ALMA” in Atacama desert in Chile.
    - Finalization of multiyear contract in 2006: strategic aerospace program with EADS ASTRIUM
