    Development Programme) : Assessment of the technical level of the sewing training conducted within 10 associations supported by the UNDP under the United Nation Project for the development in the cities of “Tataouine” and Medenine” in the south of Tunisia.

    2012 - 2014 More than 35 technical diagnostic missions for clothing companies, those technical diagnostics were concluded by technical reports and action plans to improve efficiency.

    Technical diagnostic of the main platform of Benetton (Sousse) to optimize operations and improve efficiency.

  • Euro Façon / REACTIV - Project Leader

    2008 - 2012 - Implementation of ERP software : requirements definition, management of SQL database, basic data entry,
    definition of the logical operations, establishing the work system.

    - Leader manager of a coating workshop (mid-bottom) (25 workers) : i had many trainings with the client's quality manager, maintenance manager and a former production manager, i was in charge of technical tasks (production monitoring, planning, client emergencies management, weekly inventories, validation of imports, maintenance, repair and analysis of water for the boiler VAP400 : TH, sulfite, TA, TAC, PH).

    - Leader manager of the garment factory : "REACTIV" (50-60 workers)
    : I was independent on this project, I took care of administrative tasks (hiring, contracting, monitoring attendance, payroll, billing, mailing...) as well as technical functions (planning, validation of imports, production monitoring, quality control, inventory management, packaging, exporting, reporting, logistics, Methods...).


    - Management of productivity’s improvement project : "evolving the current production system (U-System) to the “Autonomous groups” system and the establishment of a methods working cell" : As responsible of this project, I had chrono- analysis training and training for the predetermined time (MTM2-GSD), those trainings were in cooperation of the CETTEX (Technical Textile Center of Tunis), Also I had various trainings with a French consultant specialized in “Autonomous groups” and work simplification methods (MTM1, tools work management...).
