- Responsible for Global recruitment and sourcing management
- Management of all HR tasks (package & contract offers, statistics with the local authorities, employee survey…)
- Review and supervision of internal HR topics (salary & bonuses, work certificates, arrival/departure, career plans and career interviews…)
- Ensuring compliance with local employment law
- Human Resources and Payroll processes improvement
- Onboarding and integration for new employees
- Internal, external trainings and certification programs management
- Talent development and performance management - helping identify, retain and develop talent
- Managing the HR reporting process management, producing Business Intelligence through HR statistics and presenting to various audiences;
