o Supplier recruitment: Initial contacts to potential new suppliers’ key executives to jointly determine opportunity to work together.
o Supplier development / sourcing: Negotiation of China representation, long-term agreement, purchasing cost as well as support to First Bridge business growth.
o Logistics: Worldwide transportation and management of cost/efficiency of third party through growth of warehousing operations: 1,200 sqm warehouse operations, shipping monthly 75,000 items to Chinese customer.
o Planning: Using ABC ranking method to analyse record and plan inventory with objective to increase service level while decreasing overall value.
o Replenishment-Purchasing: Leads team through day-to-day transactions and monitoring of suppliers performance (delivery, support, operational mistakes…) based on replenishment guidelines and processes created.
o Overall, managing team and activities using clearly defined objectives for all functions so all aspects of the company supply chain performance are constantly measured.
