    Responsibilities:
    - Compass: Job classification system based on the Mercer Methodology:
    o Deployment for the Global Supply Chain (850 people), for Global Human Resources (100 people) and for Global Finance (100 people) functions
    o Coordination of HR and managers by giving technical expertise as a Subject Matter Expert on the Mercer methodology
