    Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

    - Prepare monthly cost reports to Management and Partners detailing commitments, forecasting and final cost estimates.
    - Supervision and follow up of direct (manpower) and indirect costs
    - Preparation and optimisation of TSF & Site Running Costs.
    - In Charge of budget & invoicing procedure.
    - Reporting to Estimating department. Provide cost benchmarking information for future opportunities
    - Follow up of subcontractors, work orders & local procurement.Liaise with vendors as necessary for project reporting
    - Follow up and forecast of Procurement including Inspection, Expediting & Transport.
    - Follow up of Engineering services in Home-Office.
    - Risk & Cost impact Analysis.

    - Negotiation of rates, upholding of services & claims’ implementation with local subcontractors.
