    Paris 2011 - maintenant My role is to support the sales team on bids with my expertise and my international network of buyer within the company, in parallel I manage a program of cost and complexity reduction (scope: technical assistance) - 50 millions.

    Responsibilities:
    - Support bid team with market expertise and be the interface with the purchasing organization (spare parts, transports, services …)
    - Track and Identify activities to be transformed within Business Units
    - Build small teams and work on specifications and contract transformation
    - Strategy and budget planning
    - Reporting to the management
    - Presentation and demo of quick wins to multiple hierarchical levels in the organisation
    - 7-20 travel days a year

    2010 - 2011 Within a team of 3 buyers, I am responsible for global procurement of paper mills within Docapost DPS with a purchase volume of approx. - 6 million of spend

    - Deliveries and product compliance follow up / litigation management

    Casablanca 2009 - 2010 I was responsible to find an implementable solution to manage in a more efficient way our B&C suppliers at both the corporate and the local levels.
