    Main activities are:
    - leads PQ global competency networks
    - responsible for PQ Emea competency roadmap
    - insures PQ influence on European standardization bodies, and coordinates PQ Emea standards experts
    - coordinate PQ Emea standardisation activities with other PQ regions and other Emea EE business units
    - raise all PQ Emea teams to best practices in collaboration with other regions
    - responsible to issue yearly updated technology plan, and execute it (PQ Emea and DPQ global including China)
    - leads PreLaunch projects consistent with technology plan (PQ Emea and DPQ global including China)
    - leads collaboration with Emea Universities
  • Schneider Electric - Engineering project manager

Rueil Malmaison 2011 - 2011 Manage a team (>10 persons) in charge of the development of a new product within the Power BU. Responsible for coordination of works with other project design leaders, marketing, purchasing and industrialization.

Competencies managed within the team are Mechatronic, electronics, ASICs & firmware.
  • Schneider Electric - Collaborative Innovation project manager

Rueil Malmaison 2009 - 2011 Manage a collaborative project which involves 7 partners : research lab, university and companies.

In charge of the project management and coordination with Minalogic and DGCIS.

The aim is to work on low power user interfaces (bi-stable display) and energy harvested sensors.
  • Schneider Electric - Innovation Project Manager

Rueil Malmaison 2009 - 2010 I managed an innovation project to develop energy harvested (thermal, solar, vibration) temperature sensors with ZigBee wireless communication.
Several sensor networks topologies were studied: star, mesh and in-line.
We also tackled gateway need, data push to server and web user interface.

Works were done with international partners in order to satisfy our marketing requirements for wireless temperature monitoring of products.

  • Schneider Electric - Technical Project Leader

Rueil Malmaison 2007 - 2008 I'm Technical project leader for the wireless communication part of the design of wireless and autonomous sensor.
The challenge is to select and/or design the radio part to be compatible with energy harvesting. I work on different solutions based on 802.15.4 standard such as ZigBee but I also keep an eye on proprietary RFID active solutions.
  • Schneider Electric - RFID Expert

Rueil Malmaison 2007 - 2010 -I'm in charge of RFID expertise for the Innovation Department. I have to manage the follow up of my previous works.
I realize a day to day state of the art of the RFID technology to be able to answer to all the needs of Schneider Electric. For example I select then do an evaluation of UHF hand-held reader or I realize a study about how to implement RFID in some of our products. To do that I answer the following questions :
    - What are the constraints?
    - Which technology best fits the application?
    - How much does it cost?
    - What can I do with that? Production process, traceability, anti counterfeit, ...
    - What could be the ROI?

-Continuous and active participation to International Standard Organization ISO SC31 WG4. Co-editor of ISO 18046-2: test performance of RFID interrogators.
  • Schneider Electric - Wireless comminucation engineer

Rueil Malmaison 2004 - 2007 Understanding of the RFID limits and adaptation of the technology to the Schneider Electric applications environment.
Design of a complete, fully operational prototype working at 13.56 MHz in an particulary harsh environment.
3 main concepts developped for this application were patented.

Scientific papers were accepted in the following conferences : IEEE-AP 2006 Albuquerque (USA), EUMW 2006 Manchester (UK), IEEE-AP 2007 Honolulu (USA) and OHD 2007 Valence (France).

Understanding and evaluation of UWB technologies features and limits for Schneider Electric products.
