Realisation :
* Reporting to Operations Director EMEA, leading a team of 18 engineers (project engineering, procurement, H&S & quality, manufacturing control), and controlling a fabricator with 80 working Employees.
* Completed contract negotiations for subcontractors and suppliers, collaborating with Legal affairs, and coordinating all the operations on products compliance, delivery of materials and change orders.
* Compliance with project management process and systems according to company standards, interfacing with Finance (for cost control) and Planning (for schedule).
* Projects reporting (risk and opportunities, cost control, schedule) to headquarters in Norway.
* Assist site manager on site (S. Korea and Spain) and ensure coordination between site and home office
* Follow-up of fabrication activities / Ensure coordination with inspection
* Follow up progress of fabrication and report to management.
* Ensure that HSE and Quality standards are applied. ;
* Liaise with QA/QC department for non-conformance management if any. ;

Realisation :
- Technical focal-point of contract for the client and supplier:
- Coordinate all technical aspects to ensure completion of work within project mandate (Quality, cost, delay, HSE)
- Coordinate the technical discipline within project team.
- Oversaw all aspect of the project, with respect to Engineering, Procurement and Contract Coordination with Project Manager direction.
- Coordination of preparation of requisitions and other specifications to purchase equipment and evaluation of technical offers from vendors and prepare the Technical Bid - Evaluation, expediting and tracking shipments.
- Attended Kick off Meetings, Pre-Inspection Meetings, and Final Acceptance Tests.

Contexte du projet : Ce projet est réalisé en collaboration avec le Laboratoire Thermocinétique de Nantes et le Laboratoire de Transferts Écoulements Fluides Énergétique de Bordeaux. La mission était de déterminer les paramètres dynamiques et thermiques lors de la formation des revêtements métalliques par projection des gouttes individuelles fondues sur un substrat solide plat (Application à la projection thermique).
