    • Analyzed 2000 clients portfolio, defined action plan to develop the top 50 clients (from 3 to 10 accounts over €1m in 3 years).
    • Led top 50 client and prospect satisfaction survey in order to define business review with the 12 BUs and to build 50 account plans.
    • Led Baker & McKenzie registration and selection towards 2 large French banks for worldwide legal service frame agreements (€2m per year). Coordinated the 3 regional BD Manager teams. 2 wins out of 2.
    • Designed and set up effective marketing tools (databases including the firm track records, lawyer skills, accounts history) to build client presentations and RFPs: doubled the number of completed RFP from 30 to 60 per year.
    • Led and coordinated a CRM solution deployment with IT and HR team: 20 000 clients and prospects contacts, lawyers skills. Defined technical and business specifications. Built and deployed the change management plan. Managed roll out for 250 users. Built a team of 13 Data Stewards: recruited 1 team lead, negotiated incentive package and change of employment contracts for 12 secretaries.
    • Managed in liaison with HR the project of the creation of Baker & McKenzie Executive Institute for clients: 12 training program the first year.
    • In charge of the external communication. Managed media relation agency (press releases increased by 200% per year). Managed event organization team in charge of 120 events per year. Supervised all external publications (60 per year).
    • Built and led internal communication action plan. Organized 5 major internal events (200 attendees) to reinforce the firm culture and identity. Created a quarterly internal newsletter: defined agenda and coordinated 20 contributors.

    2005 - 2008 • Designed and set up effective marketing tools (databases including the firm track records, lawyer skills, accounts history) to build client presentations and RFPs: quadrupled the number of completed RFP from 10 to 40 per year.
