I have an expertise of supplier management and coaching for implementation of quality system and reduction of defect rate, scraps and non-conformance.

    Pusignan 2010 - maintenant As Supplier QA Manager in a manufacturing site of spine implants and associated instruments my main responsibilities are:
    - Supplier audits according ISO 13485 and 21 CFR820
    - Supplier performance evaluation
    - Supplier defect rate decrease
    - Improvement plan on instrumentation in relation with R&D, manufacturing. Diminution of scraps and deviation on instruments by 2.
    - Improvement of supplier quality system and manufacturing process. Coaching in different area and focus on change control management, process validation and imporvement
    - Change management related to process improvements in relation with quality, R&D and manufacturing engineers
    - Project management for OEM (totally supplied). Manufacturing transfer.
    - Approval of new suppliers (evaluation of quality system and manufacturing processes.
    - Animation / participation of working group with purchasing, manufacturing and project teams to improve supplier management, and manufacturing transfer
    - Interface with Stryker Corporation and other Stryker divisions to standardize best practices

    - Definition of tools and methods to be used in the Renault’s factories for supplier quality follow-up (solving tools, audits / diagnostic, validation product-process). Training of people in the plants
    - Interface with Logistic, Sourcing and Design teams for definition of roles and responsibilities
