  COURBEVOIE 2009 - 2009 Key Projects (Project Management): Took charge of a managerial HR audit within the Exploration & Production department. Identified the critical points, analyzed the data and presented this to the management. Collaboration with Hay Group in order to research and study salary trends within the E&P sector. Participated in the elaboration of the middle term Action Plan (5 year Personnel & Employment estimation plan).
  
  Operational / Day to day matters: Recruitment of staff, management of staff leave. Worked on the HR communication (re-developed the welcome brochure, improved internal communications for managerial audits).
