    • The mission of the Head of Internal Audit Department is to guaranty that the Internal Audit Department provides independent, objective assurances and consulting services designed to add value and improve the Banks operations. Internal Audit helps the Bank to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and governance processes. Internal Audit ensures the Bank will assist Management and the Audit Committee of the Board in identifying, avoiding, and mitigating risks.

    • In charge of teams from 1 to 3 members, managing the whole audit mission (audit strategy, planning,…)

    2012 - 2014 Responsibilities
    • Analyse folders and identify the documents needed to respect the compliance, the US indicia (Fatca) and update KYC level information of the client database
    • Development and reorganization of the process, the responsibilities and the directives due to the creation of a private banking holding

     Developed a trust relationship with major Banks through meetings and presentations
     Worked on the in-depth preparation of commercial offers and request for proposals, realized introduction pitches to acquire new clients

     Identified, recruit and managed consultants to realize the client consulting mission

     Realization of internal audit mission to review the process, cycles and to check the risk assessment

     Check the application of internal and external audit recommendations few months later

     In charge of due diligence for M&A, (I.e : Nyse/Euronext). Department review to see if the fusion could be done and how to make it work as soon as possible
     Dealing with internal control (Sarbanes‐Oxley) and validation of financial statements and accounts consolidation under FR GAAP, US GAAP, Austrian GAAP, Swiss GAAP, IAS/IFRS
     Close work with our international desk to have the entire view of banks

    • Testing of different cycles (cash, assets, equity, debt, income & charge, stocks,…) to check if they respect the procedures and regulation
