  • TowerCast (NRJ Group) - TV Sales & Regulatory Affairs Manager

    2009 - maintenant • Perform strategic planning, devise the digital terrestrial broadcast TV sales strategy and drive sales revenues (100% increases from 2009 to 2012). Develop key relationships with clients (all French DTT TV channels). Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
    • Develop strategic cost modeling of broadcast FM and TNT activities and Analyze pricing policy of competitors in order to set pricing and infrastructure investment strategy.
    • Analyze anti-competitive behaviors such as predatory pricing, illegal margin squeeze and abuse of dominance. Define and execute litigation strategy. Actively contribute to the regulation of the wholesale market for terrestrial broadcasting services, led by the French regulator (ARCEP). Manage the relationship with the former monopoly TDF.

  • OneCast (Groupe TF1) - Sales Manager

    2008 - 2009 • Developed and executed sales strategy of OneCast, 3rd digital terrestrial TV networks operator with € 4 Mn of annual sales (subsidiary of TF1). Designed win strategies that drove the achievement of the sales goals.
    • Drew up complete quotations for digital terrestrial TV service for all the French broadcast TV channels. Conducted price and contract negotiations up to their successful conclusion.
    • Established and maintained relationships with key equipment suppliers (selected and purchased TV transmitters) and strategic subcontractors (negotiated maintenance contract).
    • Provided annual strategic financial planning (EBITDA, Investment, Free Cash Flow).
    • Coordinated with regulator and competition authorities for the French communications industries (CSA & ARCEP).
    • Interfaced with Engineering to provide inputs and suggestions for improving and cutting prices of overall services and solutions, based on customer needs and competitive information.

  • WAT (TF1) - Product Manager

    2007 - 2007 • Managed the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to product shipping. Led product development including product roadmap, specification of new features, product design and branding.
    • Established short and long term product goals and strategies (marketing, business developments & product efforts). Developped competitive analysis and analyze key data and insights from customers to drive WAT strategy and product requirements.
    • Worked closely with others in the organization including engineering team, legal department, community managers, advertising sales team, outside agencies: improved product performance and positionning, supported community managers and advertising sales team to secure strategic deals.

    BOULOGNE 2004 - 2005 • Drove technological innovations for the TF1 group with an emphasis on new media: TV over DSL, Mobile TV and Internet.
