As a head of marketing and part of the creation of the new Join Venture, I developed and managed the marketing and digital plan of the Philips Lighting Saudi Arabia Group, including 3 different Business units (~200 M$ revenue). I set up the Commercial Policy of our new revamped Distribution channel. I also developed and managed the Product development plan in close cooperation with the global Philips R&D team. I tracked the company Market share development, actively participated to the creation and implementation of the 3 years Strategic plan and managed a dedicated Segment / End-user / Distribution / Consumer Channels business development plan.
A few key achievements
* Managed the Marketing and R&D departments (15 people), led the change management, developed the marketing and R&D teams and led the improvement of the Marketing and R&D processes.
* Created and activated the Annual Operating Marketing plan (3 millions of dollars budget), including the Integrated Communication and the Digital Marketing plans, the Product launch activities and the Customer loyalty development programs
* Led significant improvement of Market share (+6% Market share gain) of new Innovative LED product & IOT and Solar solutions through dedicated End-users marketing activities and via dedicated Distribution channel commercial policy and some activation programs

Joined GLC group to set up new Marketing and Business Development department; I led the creation of new Marketing Strategic plan and the Product Innovation Roadmap for whole GLC group, which incorporates 5 Business units and covers Middle-East, Africa and South-East Asia Regions.
