    Defining and deploying the organization, ressources and necessary means to deliver the project on-time within the QCD indicators ( Quality, Cost, Delivery) and to the satisfaction of the client.

    Actively managing schedule and progress in order to minimize the costs and impacts of external subsystems drifts.

    Actively coordinating Engineering, Procurement and projects teams in order to anticipate and avoid critical path issues on schedule and Cost of Non Quality.

    Following and managing interfaces with OCS subsystem inside the Turnkey organization.

    2009 - 2010 Construction manager of the overall Traction Electrification System (both OCS and Power Supply scopes) for the Bergen Bybanen Light Rail (NORWAY)

    Stand Alone project: Design, Procurement, Installation / Main subcontractor for construction: SPL Powerlines (Formerly Siemens)

    Electrification scope:
    OCS: Workshop + mainline ( 20 km of which 6 in tunnel)
    Power Supply: 6 rectifier subs-stations + line equipments ( switches)
    Feeding: 750 V

    Defining and deploying the organization, ressources and necessary means to deliver the project on-time within the QCD indicators ( Quality, Cost, Delivery) and to the satisfaction of the client.

    Establishing the main subcontractor contract, leading contract negotiations and scope definitions.

    Verifying and controlling effective scope management, mitigating subcontractor claims in order to manage and secure the construction costs.

    Continually monitoring delivery of equipment, material and guarantee that construction methods comply with the requirements of the contract documents and construction schedule.

    Monitoring daily the subcontractor progress in order to perform the construction schedule and ensure that project milestones are complied.

    Full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the OCS subsystem including scope development, contract negotiations ( Extra Works, Admendments, Extension of time), cost control, staff management, quality control and cash management.

    Identifiyng opportunities ( Bid for Algiers railway station renovation) and improving scope development.

    Coordinating and monitoring Design, Procurement and Deliveries ( OFF-SHORE and ON-SHORE), Installation and T&C.

    Deploying and managing the organization of the subsystem ( 200 people, 20 expatriates), ressources and necessary means to deliver the project on-time within the QCD indicators ( Quality, Cost, Delivery) and to the satisfaction of the client.
