Françoise has created Francoise Gri Conseil to share her experience in strategic repositioning, digital transformation and change management, and help organizations and leaders to manage their development and projects. She is passionated about people and the ways to free-up their engagement and positive energy.
Françoise is independent Board Director for large and international companies and has had various CEO experiences for large organizations in different services sectors: IT, Staffing - Recruitment, Tourism. Her CEO's roles were about restructuring and transforming businesses as the same time changing the brand image and positioning. In PVCP Group it was also to design and deploy a digital transformation focusing on digital marketing, cross-canal distribution and client experience.
