    Worked with VPs Finance to optimize the function Hypermarket controlling teams (redefined roles and processes with a target of FTEs reductions).

  • Capgemini ernst&young -  Consultant in Finance Practice

    1998 - 2001 Contributed to BaaN ERP implementation program (lead Finance scope of works) for a French international aircraft engineering company, SAFRAN and a trailer manufacturing company GENERAL TRAILERS.

    Designed, tested and implemented customized Information system to support Finance data migration in a context of ERP change, for a French multinational mining and metallurgy company, ERAMET.
