I have joined Danone Research, Palaiseau, France in 2001 and brings several years of experience in scientific communication in pharmaceutical industry and food industry. My current position at Danone Research is the Manager of External Communication mainly in charge of institutional communication for Danone R&D, press relation, visits of the research centre for journalists, training of R&D spokespersons, sponsoring of international scientific congresses and management of Danone Research visibility during these events. I have been General Secretary for AMIPS, a French professional association gathering people working in and for healthcare products and industries, for several years.
Prior to Danone Research, I have served as a communication Manager within Sanofi-Synthélabo. My main activity was dedicated to the medical director training on marketed products (neurology therapeutic area).
I began my career in 1994, working as a communication coordinator both for LEEM (formerly known as SNIP) and INSERM. My major projects were database management aiming at printing yearbooks on INSERM labs’ research expertise and skills, scientific events organisation gathering researchers coming from private and public research centres and, development of additional communication tools.
I received my Ph.D. degree in “Physiology and Patho physiology of the kidney” from Paris 7 University in 1995. In 2002. I have been trained on Leadership in Communication, within the frame of the European program “European Nutrition Leadership Program”.
