  • MacoPharma - R&D engineer, Material and medical devices

    2014 - maintenant My mission as a R&D engineer is to develop new medical devices for pathogen inactivation of blood components. My tasks are focused on the development and the improvement of the device to meet the needs of our international partners and customers. I also support the other departments for the industrialization or, for example, the selection of suppliers.

    Moreover, I coordinate the R&D between the different R&D departments inside the project.

    Through this mission I used the following skills:

    -Polymers science
    -Blood and biological science

    -Project management: planning, budgets, reporting etc.
    -Standards & regulatory (ISO 3826, 10993, 11137 etc.)
    -Conception file (ISO 13485)

    Continuous training
    -How to design a medical device.
    -Risk analysis.
  • IS2M - R&D Engineer

    2013 - 2014 The objectif of this job was to devellop new technologies based on optic and polymer materials. Several missions were realized inside a partnership with other laboratories or R&D centers.
    These projects were supported by the Carnot Mica Institut.

  • Airbus S.A.S - R&D Intership

    2013 - 2013 The goal of this intership was to develop new technologies to control new manufacturing process of composite materials. I had to investigate the limits of the technology and proved the efficienty and robustess of this measurement on composites materials.

    I designed the experience ( samples configuration, material, relevant tests) performed the tests and sumed up and analysed the different results.

  • Concervatoire National des Arts et Métiers - Stagiaire

    2009 - 2009 Stage de fin de DUT au sein de la Chaire des Matériaux industriels au CNAM.
    - Mise en place d'une expérience permettant l'étude de la propagation de fissures dans l'acier composite FE-TiB2.
    - Analyse du chemin de propagation de la fissure après sollicitation en traction et analyse par microscopie électronique a balayage ( MEB)

    Two interships of 6 month are needed to pass this diploma.
