    - delivery of market survey and customer analysis accompanied with recommendations,
    - design of various dashboards and scorecards,
    - implementation of user solutions for extraction and analysis of ORANGE data,
    - reporting and analysis support delivered to more than 600 users.

    Paris 2000 - 2001 - Lead a group made of 30 persons to deliver analytical & reporting solution:
    - define a strategy for reporting and analysis systems,
    - delivery of various Business Intelligence solutions,
    - reorganization of group in 4 teams (Analysis, DB development, User interface development, User support. Total number of users served: more than 350,
    - launch Business Intelligence user group: in charge of prioritizing requirements, validating budget needs,
    - implementation of a data dictionary.
