En résumé

L'aventure Express du Loing s'est terminé dans le chaos total. Je n'ai pas mis assez d'argent au départ pour renflouer les dettes de cette société et aucune banque n'a suivi. Je me retrouve donc aujourd'hui sur le marché du travail.
J'occupe un poste a Rungis qui m'assure l'alimentaire en attendant de trouver un poste correspondant a mes compétences

  • SIARR - Westfalia group - Supply chain Manager

    2008 - 2008 SIARR is a small size company owned by a larger German group. They are manufacturer of towing sytems for the auto market.

    I was member of the steering commitee in charge of logistics and purchasing.
    During this period, I have put in place a SIOP and a MPS to gain visibility
    I have installed a pull flow strategy nationwide and reduced the quantity of orders with open orders.
    I have integrated a suppier within the warehouse to reduce preparation cost, lot size and allow late differenciation.
  • Valeo éclairage et signalisation, Wuhan China - Logistic project coordinator

    2007 - 2007 Hubei Valeo auto lighting is the chinese division of Valeo lighting which is based in Wuhan.

    During this mission, I have been ask to set up the logistics flow (Supply chain) for 2 new project with import goods from Europe, USA and Japan.
    To secure theses projects, I have set up a sea freight route and an airfreight back-up which has been very usefull at the beginning of the project launch phase.
    Consequently, I was in charge of piloting procurements for these projects at the launch phase.
    I have then been ask to put in place a Kanban with a production sequencer and line launchers
  • Véolia environmental services - Logistics project Manager

    2006 - 2006 SEVIA is a sub-division of SARP industry which is itself a division of Veolia environmental services. They are specialised in collecting industrial waste.

    I was asked to put in place a track & trace systems for their dangereous wastes and reorgganise their largest platform in Paris
  • Avery Dennison, Automotive division - Business development manager

    2002 - 2005 Avery Dennison - automotive division is a manufacturer of adhesif film application for the automotive Industry. This division was bases in Thurrock near London and has been sold to a German medium size company
  • Valeo Lighting UK - Business Manager

    1999 - 2001 Valeo lighting UK was the UK sales division for automotive lighting. This division has been closed.

    I was responsible for the management of the Jaguar account, then Japanese OEM (Toyota, Honda & Suzuki) and then Ford Premier automotive (Jaguar & Land-Rover)

    During this experience, I had to follow up all projects, manage various quality and logistics issues and develop the business.

    I won the Toyota Avensis and corola business, the Honda civic and jazz business
  • Thyssen Krupp Automotive - Sales Manager

    1997 - 1999 Thyssen Krupp Automotive - Chassis component is a manufacturer of chassis component for the automotive industry.

    I was responsible for the development of OEM in France, Italy and Sweden
    I was also in charge of the Saab account for an annual T/O of 6 MGBP

    I have participated to many RFQ with Fiat and Renault and won the X83 joint project between Renault and GM worth 12 MGBP per year for 12 years. Today, this project is still being produced at their Bourn plant for the IBC plant. I have also won a small business with the GM Frontera worth of 600 KGBP per annum.
